Today I'd like to share some easy tips to self-care during the autumn months, let's be honest, it's the coziest time of the year.

Now is a great time to reflect on your life and make future goals! write it down and stick to your plan.

Take Long Baths

A long bath helps greatly to relieve stress! Bonus tip: Add a few drops of your favorite essential oils to your bath to give you an extra boost! My favorite essential oil combination is lavender, grapefruit, and frankincense.

Enjoy Warm Socks

I live in these! especially after a long warm bath its the most comforting feeling, try it!

Light Candles

This is almost a no brainer- use our candles to set the vibe in your home. Our favorite autumn scents are our Cranberry AppleBrown Sugar & Rum, Nag Champa, and the ever so spicy Ginger & Sandalwood! Try them.
