Candle Bar Events Coordinator 

Part Time |  Min. 20hrs per week commitment

About Us:

We are looking for someone to join the vibrant and creative team at NaturalAnnie Essentials Candle Bar, where we believe in crafting unforgettable experiences through the art of candle making. Located in the heart of Bridgeport, Connecticut, our candle bar is a haven for those seeking a unique and delightful experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create & Launch Events: Develop fun and unique candle-making experiences, themed workshops, and seasonal events from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with Local Creatives: Partner with crafters and artisans to bring exciting new experiences to our candle bar.
  • Coordinate Private Parties: Be the go-to person for guests booking birthdays, bridal showers, and corporate events, and more.
  • Attract New Guests: Use social media, partnerships, and outreach to keep our candle bar buzzing with new faces.

Who You Are:

  •  Experienced in event planning or coordination.
  •  Organized, creative, and great at multitasking.
  • A strong communicator who loves engaging with people.
  •  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  •  Bonus: Marketing & social media savvy

Must have Knowledge of:

  • Canva

  • Tech savvy

Candle Making Party Host

Part Time | Schedule based on class needs

About Us:

We are looking for someone to join the vibrant and creative team at NaturalAnnie Essentials Candle Bar, where we believe in crafting unforgettable experiences through the art of candle making. Located in the heart of Bridgeport, Connecticut, our candle bar is a haven for those seeking a unique and delightful experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Life of the Party: Welcome guests, bring the energy, and keep the vibes high!
  • Guide the Candle-Making class: Take guests through the step by step experience of making their candles. You will help guests choose scents, pour wax, and create candles they’ll love.
  •  Keep the Fun Flowing: Crack jokes, start impromptu dance breaks, and make sure everyone has a blast.
  •  Capture Instagram-Worthy Moments: Snap pics & videos for our content lab, and encourage guests to share their creations!
  • Tidy Up Like a Pro: Help reset the space so the next group can get lit, too!

Who You Are:

  •  Outgoing, fun, and LOVE being around people.
  •  Can "read the room" and keep the energy up.
  •  Weekend availability is a must! (Our sessions are Friday-Sunday, plus private events).
  •  Must be 21+ and ready to bring the heat!
